My husband and I were under contract on two homes, a primary residence and an investment property, at the same exact time, when our original lender (a local credit union) denied us due to their inability to understand our self-employment tax filings. Joey was a God-send, jumping in to close both transactions on time, one within just two weeks of going under contract.

I was working with another lender that wasn’t willing to work with me on any of my thoughts, It was only their way.
I got Joey’s number through a relative and he was easy to talk with, decided to give him a shot. He blew away any expectation I had. I have a good interest rate relative to the times and he had me closed in a little over 2 weeks.
The 1st lender I spoke told me my expectations may be too high. Well Joey FAR exceeded and of my expectations. Highly recommend calling him!
